Live Traffic Information

I don't know how many people look at my Live Traffic gadget on the lower right hand side of this blog, but just today I had a visitor from my 50th state. I have been keeping track and I have also had visitors from 30 other countries. I am so pleased to see all these visitors.

Snapdragon Pattern Baby Blanket

I finished crocheting this baby blanket tonight. It uses the snapdragon stitch. I used a H hook and Lions Brand Pound of Love Yarn.

Items shipped today

I shipped a box of 75 items to Gods Tiny Angels and a box of 65 loom knitted hats to The Bridge and Beyond Project this morning! We are almost to our goal of 1000 donations!

Preemie Cuddle Sacks

Now that I am finished crocheting sweaters I thought I would crochet some preemie size cuddle sacks. These will be donated to the University Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa. They will be donated in the memory of our daughter Lisa Marie, who became an angel while there in March 1967 at the age of 7 1/2 weeks old. The measurements for these cuddle sacks are from 7 to 8 inches wide and about 11 1/2 to 12 inches long. Last 2 Sweaters with Matching Hats

I finished crocheting the last 2 sweater sets today for Gods Tiny Angels sweater drive. My total is 75 sweaters with 75 matching hats. Tomorrow I will get the last ones washed, tagged and bagged to be shipped out this week. I didn't really think I would get that many done so I am rather proud of myself. I think of all the little babies who will be well dressed and warm this winter.
