Twins in Hats I Crocheted

A couple of weeks ago I crocheted cuddle sacks and matching hats for a mommy expecting twins. Well, here they are!

Donation Day! 36 Baby Items

We made a donation of 36 blankets, hats and cuddle hats to our local hospital today.

Two Cuddle Sacks with Matching Hats

During our snow storm that dropped 32" of the white stuff on us, I crocheted these 2 cuddle sacks and matching hats.

Blue and White Gingham Baby Blanket

I used Herrschners Baby yarn and a f hook for this baby blanket.The pattern also came from Herrschners when I bought a baby blanket kit from them a few years ago.

25 Baby Hats by Frank

Frank finished up 25 more baby hats today. He sure keeps his looms busy.

Pink Hearts for Valentine's Day

Here is another baby blanket using my heart pattern. I used Pound of Love yarn with a g hook. Both heart blankets will be donated to our local hospital.

Two Preemies Cuddle Sacks for Twins

A friend of a friend is having twins, a boy and a girl Jan. 28th, and she wanted me to make a couple cuddle sacks with matching hats in pink and blue. So here is what I crocheted. I used Bernat Baby Coordinates yarn with a f hook and used the twin stitch.I made them for a size 4 -5 pound preemie.

Red and White Heart Blanket

I decided to crochet a couple baby blankets for Valentine's Day this year. I used I Love This Yarn with a g hook. The pattern can be found in the archives April 8,2010. To make my preemie patter 5 hearts across, start with a chain of 117 stitches.

30 Loom Knitted Hats

Here is our first donation of the new year, 30 hats. They will be donated to a local shelter here in town.

Yellow Spider Web Baby Blanket

Here is another baby blanket I crocheted using Pound of Love yarn and a g hook. This pattern goes really fast after the first few rows.

I finally got to crochet again today so I finished up this blue and white baby blanket using the twin stitch.

25 Baby Hats from Frank's Loom

Here are 25 of Frank's latest baby hats. In a couple more days I will be back to crocheting again. I have a bad tendon in my right middle finger. I got a shot a week ago and it has helped some but I am expecting to have surgery some day. I still have a "trigger finger" only it doesn't hurt so bad now.
