5 Preemie Baby Blankets

I just finished up my 5th preemie blanket this afternoon. I crocheted all of these using the twin stitch pattern. Had a good start then got sick for a few days, so just felt like finished up the lavender one today. Hope to get a few more done this next week.

Jake with his new blanket

I crocheted this round ripple blanket for Jake, age 1. He is the little boy I baby-sit for a few hours a week. Mommy picked the colors and Jake loves his new blankie!

First Donations of the year

We donated 25 of Frank's loom knitted hats this week plus 2 gently used coats to our church for the Helping Hands group in our area. We are off to a good start with our 2011 donations.

Yellow Round Ripple Baby Blanket

I made this yellow rr blanket using some very thin yarn I had on hand and used 2 strands with a K hook. As I didn't have any other colors of this same yarn, I decided to make it a solid yellow. It thought it turned our very pretty. Also had plenty of the yellow leftover for Frank to loom knit a couple hats.

Blue and White X Box Stitch Baby Blanket

I finished crocheting this baby blanket yesterday. I used the x box stitch pattern and it went very fast and I didn't have to do any frogging!
