I found this pattern for a gingham baby blanket at crochetpatterncentral after seeing someone post a picture of there blanket on Crochetville. I just added a ruffle onto the edgeing. It was a fun blanket to make.
Karen, I love this! It turned out so pretty. I've got some babies I need to make blankets for, think I might try this in yellow. Thanks so much for the inspiration.
How pretty, the edging is perfect.

ReplyDeleteI love gingham and want to do a blanket, but I suck at joining squares except for the flat braid join, which won't work for this look.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this. It's beautiful.
wow thats really pretty Karen, I love it!!
ReplyDeleteI love this! Was it hard changing colors so often? Really turned out nice.
ReplyDeleteActually, I should ask differently, did you make separate squares or work across?
ReplyDeleteI really love this blanket. Is it made one piece? Love the ruffle trim.
