Preemie Baby Blankets



I have been crocheting some preemie baby blankets for Easter. Here are my first two.

    Too cute! Can you give me a clue, how many do you chain to start? I always chain too many and my project are way too big.

    I don't have a number, I just make a chain about 21 inches long, crochet a couple rows, then remeasure. I try to make my preemie blankets 20 x20 inches.
